We are unusual among pellet makers in one important respect: we engineer the machinery that makes our pellets. That control over the process is the reason we can hold the tolerances we do.
It begins with material preparation — high-purity lead drawn to a precisely controlled wire diameter, the foundation of consistent pellet weight. From there, custom dies cold-form each diabolo head and skirt under controlled pressure, producing repeatable geometry pellet after pellet.
Every run is sampled for weight and dimensions, keeping variance inside tight limits. Only then are pellets counted, nested and sealed into protective tins ready for the shelf and for export.
Because our line is built and maintained in-house, we can adjust, refine and improve continuously — and we do. The result is a pellet whose consistency you can rely on, tin after tin.
