We don’t just fill tins — we engineer the machines that make our pellets. Our production line was designed and built in-house, giving us total command over every dimension and tolerance.
Material preparation
High-purity lead is drawn to a precisely controlled wire diameter, the foundation of consistent pellet weight.
Swaging & forming
Custom dies cold-form each diabolo head and skirt under controlled pressure for repeatable geometry.
Inspection
Weight and dimensional sampling across the run keeps variance inside tight limits.
Tinning & packing
Pellets are counted, nested and sealed in protective tins ready for shelf and export.
